You can use this letter of intent after you have reviewed our funding guidelines to determine your eligibility for funding. In addition to basic information about your organization, we would like a brief outline of the project you are seeking funding for.

Please review the funding guidelines to be certain your request falls within our priority areas. You may complete this as a word document and attach it to an e-mail addressed to info@davisfdn.org, or send hard copy through the mail.
