Education Grades K-12 The Foundation is particularly interested in funding projects that will have a significant positive impact on: - Improving academic performance and achievement
- Promoting family involvement in schools by building the capacity of parents to become actively involved in preparing their children for school and actively supporting them during their school-age years
- Enhancing professional development and leadership training opportunities for teachers and principals
- Improving the quality access and affordability of out of school programs designed to increase academic skills and performance in schools
Our approach to increasing educational achievement for children and youth includes participating in community-wide efforts aimed at increasing proficiency in academics and support of out-of-school time programming for youth in grades K-12. Our grantmaking, in support of education, is focused on improving the academic success of children in grades K-12, particularly children with limited access to educational resources and supports. |
