Director, The Irene E. & George A. Davis Foundation
(Former) Marketing Department, American Saw & Manufacturing Company
Jane Davis-Kusek is the only daughter of James and Mary Davis. A graduate of Green Mountain College and Springfield College, Jane spent her early career working in the marketing department of American Saw & Manufacturing Company in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts.
Jane left her position at American Saw to raise her family and engage in community volunteer work. Like her brothers, Jane has followed the example set by her grandparents and their commitment to community service. She is particularly interested in supporting programs that serve low-income children and youth, educational achievements, access to healthcare, and support of families facing difficult life situations.
She has been a strong supporter of her alma mater, Springfield College, especially of their Massachusetts Reading Corps, an AmeriCorps program that tutors Springfield’s preschool children in foundational early literacy skills.
Since losing a son to colon cancer, Jane & her husband are involved with colon cancer research.
Jane has been a Director of The Irene E. & George A. Davis Foundation since 2004 and has played a central role in the ongoing strategic grantmaking of the Foundation. Jane now lives in Jackson Hole, Wyoming where she is a community volunteer.
